At the time of UCAS application, each candidate can choose a maximum of five universities/departments for undergraduate applications made online through UCAS.
By applying for two different departments for a university, you will use 2 of your 5 rights.
The application process, which starts in September – October, continues until April and in some cases even June.
You do not have to present the IELTS document immediately in your applications. Applications with your IELTS certificate will allow you to get early results.
Uploading all your documents in English will speed up the evaluation process. Otherwise, the missing document will be requested in English.
Creating Your Account
The official application site is the official page where we make all your applications. For your applications in 2021, we first create an account on your behalf through the UCAS online application system.
UCAS Consulting Service
Education consultants of Unidirectional will help you with their experience on UCAS. With the different application stories they get from hundreds of student applications every year, they know the application evaluation criteria of each school closely and share them with you.
Entering Your Personal Information
In this field, the experts specify your personal information, the official address and contact details you will use in your correspondence with schools. If you wish, you can also add your parent’s information in this section.
Additional information about yourself
The professional making the UCAS application on your behalf can add details about your nationality (visa requirement), how you will make your tuition payments, what is important to you.
Share your current school and education information
The experienced consultants will add the education information you received from your high school education and the information of your school or schools. In this process, if you have received education in different countries or schools with different programs, they will share the details and present the documents of these trainings.
Make Your Choices
The consultants will indicate the department and school options where you plan your undergraduate education. Generally, you are expected to choose a department for a school.
Indicate the projects or work experience you have participated in
If you have international or domestic projects and work experiences that you have gained during or after your high school education, your consulted professional will add them as information and upload the documents to the system if there are any.
Write Your Letter of Intent
Perhaps this will be the most important document of your application. The letter of intent you will write is the preliminary information that will best describe you with the education and life experience you have acquired. For this reason, without keeping it long or short, the consultants of Unidirection will present the most important information for you and your letter of intent in an appropriate format, expressing why you chose this department/school.
Your Reference Letters
During your academic education, you should receive 2 academic reference letters from your courses or school teachers for the department you are interested in.
Make Your UCAS Application Payment
An application fee is required to make a UCAS application. There is no obligation to complete all your university choices on the same day. If you have not used all your 5 preferences, you can add other options or different universities within the specified date range. You can make your application payment by debit or credit card through the UCAS online payment system.
