Letter of Recommendation needs to convince the admission officer about your qualification and dedication. It should provide the admission committee enough information to create a positive impact.

They should be on the referee’s/organizations letterhead with the respective stamp/signature.

Choose your referee wisely; they should have known you in academic and/or professional capacity.

Undergraduate Course:

• Letter maybe obtained from the Professor/Head of Department/ Principal.
• Ensure that your personal and academic achievements and performances are highlighted.
• It should be a realistic assessment of the student- substantiating the analytical capacity and the leadership qualities with healthy communication skills.

Postgraduate Course:

• Letter maybe obtained from the Supervisor/Employer. The referee should be one who can verify his role in your working environment.
• The referee should have monitored your work and is aware of your role, performance and duties and highlights your dedication and achievements.
• The letter should be a realistic assessment of your ability to be a team worker as well your qualities that would make you an idea candidate to study at the university.
• Ensure that the letter mentions the duration for which you have worked in the organization, to give the longevity factor.
